The Spectrum Buildings and estate are covered by CCTV much of which is controlled by Ixia (East Road) Management Company Limited (“Ixia”). Some CCTV is controlled by the commercial units, which Ixia has no access or control to.

Ixia is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (“ICO”) and abides by relevant UK law around the use of CCTV. Ixia’s ICO registration number is ZA430530.

The primary uses of CCTV by Ixia are to investigate and prevent crime and enforce Development Regulations.
