If you are a leaseholder, resident, or employee of a commercial unit at the Spectrum / Aurora Buildings please come along to this summer Community Meeting of Ixia (East Road) Management Company Ltd ("Ixia").

Ixia is the 'right to manage' company made up of leaseholders of the development who volunteer to manage the development.

The meeting provides you with the opportunity to provide input into the management of the development, meet the Management Company Rendall & Rittner ("R&R") that handles the day-to-day operations of the development, and help make the development a better place to live and work.

Due to social distancing requirements, the meeting will be held virtually this year. There is no need to register to attend so feel join virtually on the day, the more people the better!

Please remember that only leaseholders have a formal vote at the meeting, however, anyone with a stake in the development is happy to attend.

This meeting is not a formal consultation on any of the above topics. However, the Directors of Ixia and R&R will use this meeting as an opportunity to consult with stakeholders of the development (e.g. leaseholders, tenants, residents, Peabody, commercial units) on the above three key issues. In the spirit of cooperation and consultation we hope that all stakeholders will attend the meeting.

Pete from County Cooling has agreed to participate on a Microsoft Teams video conference to discuss the technical issues relating to the Daikin and possible replacement options. On the same video conference the Directors will present the proposed resolution and take any questions or feedback.  The invite to the Microsoft Teams video conference is below and we invite all leaseholders to participate.

Join us for a little clean up of our courtyard and to meet your neighbours.

Some of us have made great friends in the buildings, but some neighbours we might not even know yet.

We want to change that. Together we'll clean up the courtyard and make it more of a place we're happy to come back to and have our children play in.

Once we're done cleaning and gardening, we'll bring out drinksand snacks for everyone to share.

We'll meet 11am to about 1pm, while it's still nice and sunny in the courtyard.
